Story
Wir sollen herausfinden, an was genau der Professor in seiner Bibliothek gearbeitet hat, bevor er spurlos verschwunden ist.
Trotzdem, dass wir das Spiel erfolgreich beendet haben, konnten wir währenddessen nicht ergründen, an was der Professor tatsächlich gearbeitet haben soll. Das Einzige, was zur Story beiträgt, ist ein Zettel zum Ende des Spiels.
Raumdesign
Im ersten Raum, wo das Spiel startet, ist die Gestaltung auf einem eher hohen Niveau. Leider zieht sich das nicht weiter durch das Erlebnis, welches mehr Aufwand und Liebe zum Detail hätte erfahren dürfen.
Rätsel
Bei diesem Escape Room erkennt man, dass es sich um den ersten Raum handelt, den dieser Anbieter kreiert hat. Die Rätsel haben uns nicht sonderlich überzeugt, auch weil viele aufgesetzt wirkten und nicht gross mit dem Setting oder der Story verbunden sind.
Vom Schwierigkeitsgrad her ist der Raum machbar, wobei wir vor allem am Anfang ein paar Hürden zu überwinden hatten.
Weiteres
Dies ist das erste Spiel von Room Escape Basel. Wenn man die weiteren Spiele des Anbieters sieht zeigt sich, dass dieser Anbieter im Laufe der Zeit vieles dazu gelernt hat. Die neuen Erlebnisse wurden auf eine höhere Stufe gehoben.

Dieser Escape Room ist der, den wir von diesem Anbieter am wenigsten empfehlen können.

Story
We are supposed to find out what exactly the professor was working on in his library before he disappeared without a trace.
Even though we successfully completed the game, we didn't find out what the professor was working on during the game, so we didn't discover much of a story. The only thing that adds to the story is a note at the end of the game.
Setdesign
In the first room, where the game starts, the design is on a rather high level. Unfortunately it doesn't continue through the whole experience, which could have had more effort and attention to detail.
Puzzles
With this Escape Room, you can see that it is the first room that this provider has created. We weren't particularly convinced by the puzzles, partly because many of them seemed artificial and weren't really connected to the setting or the story.
The level of difficulty is manageable, although we had to overcome hurdles, especially at the beginning.
Additional
This is the first game of Room Escape Basel. If you look at the following games of the provider, it shows that this provider has learned a lot over the course of time. The new experiences have been raised to a higher level.
Conclusion
This Escape Room is the one we can least recommend from this provider.
